Fortian is proud to be a value-added reseller of Gumstix brand "computer-on-module" tiny computers and a member of the  [http://www.gumstix.com/consultants.html Gumstix Verified Design Consultants] program since 2007.

== Value-Added Resale ==

We have supplied Gumstix products to private companies, educational institutions, government contractors, and directly to the Federal government (including several organizations within the Department of Defense).

As part of our value-added process, we provide several services that Gumstix Inc. is unable to provide at this time:

* We are CCR and ORCA registered, and can provide resale services to the Federal government.
* We can provide quotes with discount terms for net payments, credit card payments, and cash-equivalent prepayments.  (All net payment terms are subject to order acceptance and credit approval.)  Our written quotes are honored for thirty days from date of issue.
* We offer a wide variety of shipping options, including ground and express delivery from FedEx, UPS, 
and the US Postal Service.

== Development and Integration ==

Our experience with Gumstix extends beyond resale and includes pre- and post-sales support, software design, and <acronym title="Research and Development">R&amp;D</acronym>.  We've been creating embedded applications for Gumstix computers and customizing operating system images for them since 2007.

Whether you're looking for a one-off application, a standalone intelligent appliance, or a fully networked portable accessory, Fortian can help design the application, deliver a bootable operating system, or provide pre-installed ready-to-run devices.
