These Network Attached Storage (NAS) devices provide a turnkey solution for your storage needs, with RAID-0/1/10/5 reliability, hot-spare capabilities, and detailed utilization and reliability statistics. With storage sizes ranging from 2 to 18 terabytes, our arrays are especially helpful as online backup servers or as data stores for huge datasets, and are compatible with Windows, Linux, and OS X clients.

We've got years of experience with developing software for Gumstix platforms, deploying customized OS images, and providing systems engineering expertise before, during, and after project integration. We've also directly provided Gumstix products to several branches of the Department of Defense, to government contractors, and to educational institutions across the United States.

Operations Control Panel

The Operations Control Panel is a frontend for MRTG. Unlike many other frontends, it doesn't have any requirements beyond those of MRTG (although it supports PHP-enabled Web servers in addition to functioning as a Perl CGI script). It provides overviews of MRTG-based monitoring pages in a variety of formats.

Simple SA Packet Generator

SSPG is used to convert GPSd Position/Location Information (P/LI) into a multicast stream. Featuring a low memory and CPU footprint, it is specifically intended for embedded use on mobile ad-hoc networks (MANETs), although it is suitable for use on larger systems as well.

Real-Time Traffic Analyzer

RTTA summarizes and logs all traffic on an interface for future analysis, as does the related Embedded Real-Time Packet Analyzer.

These programs capture CPU utilization, memory usage, and network bandwidth utilization. Differentiation is provided for an arbitrary quantity of network protocols, and encapsulation is decoded for protocols identified as supporting encapsulated packets. All data is shown with a historical record as well as with a normalized snapshot of the last measurement interval.

Testbed Control System Utilities

These utilities provide support for scalable, reliable, and fast testbed deployment and operation. They are conceptually derived from network-based installers such as Sun Microsystems' "Jumpstart" and Red Hat Linux's "Kickstart", but utilize open protocols and freely available third-party components, allowing scalable deployment on heterogenous platforms of blades, full-scale computers, and virtual machines.
